‘As life on earth comes to a close, 2030 marks the debut of a new era of machines domination. Obsessed with their insatiable thirst for possessing, human beings have destroyed all that they had built on earth including what mattered most and what makes humanity so special: love. No Return is permitted.

Human beings are lost. Lost in an endless Maze of sadness and curses. They’re lost in a Maze of guilty and hate. A place where nothing grows. A place where the future is so dark and where nothing is possible. They are lost in a big Maze.

However, they still have something that nothing could steal from them: their feelings. And with feelings comes hope. The hope for a better place to live, for something that humanity deserves the most: a place for love.

Maybe one day they will have the courage to look up to the sky and maybe they could perceive a Blue Heron flying to other lands, other places to cherish and respect. Some places to love.’

After having produced 2 tracks on the very first CRF SPLIT series release, we’re glad to welcome again our great friend 2030 and his ‘Future Feelings’.

Thousand thanks to 2030 for this release and his work, and also to Versalife for this terrific remix of ‘Maze’.

The whole album is amazing. Empires is, overall, my favorite ... (1) Because it's extra quirky (2) It's the longest track on the album ... and I like long tracks. Whole album is great, though. 5/5 stars. 10/10.... all we need is more of Shima! And, I think, a trio collaboration between John Shima, Derek Carr and, of course, Mr Rutter himself would be extra special :) simplybeourselves
